如何註冊賬號？
How to register an account?
點擊右上角「註冊 / 登錄」——「註冊賬號」進入註冊頁面，填寫相關信息完成註冊。「推薦人 ID」為必填項，請聯繫您的推薦人獲取 6 位數字的推廣 ID 號。Click "Register/Login" in the upper right cner → "Register Account" to enter the registration page fill in the relevant infmation to complete registration. "Referrer ID" is a required field. Please contact your referrer to obtain a 6-digit promotion ID.
註冊時無法收到手機短信驗證碼？
Unable to receive SMS verification code during registration?
請核對您輸入的手機號碼是否正確。短信驗證系統由第三方提供，可能存在延遲，請您耐心等待。如超過 60 秒仍未收到，請重新驗證。若多次操作後仍未收到短信驗證碼，請聯繫在線客服及時處理。

會員實名認證可以使用護照號、軍官證號嗎？

不可以。請您填寫身份證號碼，暫不支持護照或其他證件號碼。

充值之後沒有認購行為可以直接提現嗎？

認證成功後，身份證號碼可以更換嗎？

銀行卡認證失敗該怎麼辦？

請核對開戶名是否與真實姓名一致；

請核對開戶行、支行名稱是否填寫正確；

提現多長時間可以到賬？
How long does it take f a withdrawal to arrive?
提現申請到賬時間通常為 30 分鐘內，繁忙時段可能延長至 2 小時。如超過 2 小時仍未到賬，請聯繫在線客服及時處理。
Withdrawals are usually processed within 30 minutes, may be extended to 2 hours during peak periods. If the funds have not arrived after 2 hours, please contact online customer service immediately.
每天可以免費提現幾次？
How many free withdrawals are allowed per day?
每日可免費申請提現 1 次，超過次數的將收取單筆提現金額 3% 的手續費。
One free withdrawal is allowed per day. Any additional withdrawals will be charged a 3% fee on the withdrawal amount.
同一身份證信息可以註冊多個賬戶嗎？
Can multiple accounts be registered with the same ID infmation?
不可以。同一身份證信息只能實名註冊一個會員賬戶。
No. Only one member account can be registered under the same ID card infmation.
如發現使用同一身份證信息實名多個會員賬戶的，將無條件永久凍結賬戶及賬戶內的所有資產，所造成的一切經濟損失由個人承擔。
If multiple accounts are found registered under the same ID card, all accounts assets will be permanently frozen unconditionally, all resulting financial losses shall be bne by the individual.
