如何註冊賬號？
How to register an account?
點擊右上角「註冊 / 登錄」——「註冊賬號」進入註冊頁面，填寫相關信息完成註冊。「推薦人 ID」為必填項，請聯繫您的推薦人獲取 6 位數字的推廣 ID 號。
Click "Register/Login" in the upper right cner → "Register Account" to enter the registration page, fill in the relevant infmation to complete the registration. The "Referrer ID" is a required field; please contact your referrer to obtain the 6-digit promotion ID.
註冊時無法收到手機短信驗證碼？
Failed to receive the SMS verification code during registration?
請核對您輸入的手機號碼是否正確。短信驗證系統由第三方提供，可能存在延遲，請您耐心等待。如超過 60 秒仍未收到，請重新驗證。若多次操作後仍未收到短信驗證碼，請聯繫在線客服及時處理。

會員實名認證可以使用護照號、軍官證號嗎？

充值之後沒有認購行為可以直接提現嗎？

不可以。為防止洗黑錢及惡意套取公司推廣獎勵的情況出現，所有充值的資金必須在購買產品且正常到期後方可申請提現。

認證成功後，身份證號碼可以更換嗎？

不可以。為保障認購者賬號及資金安全，實名認證通過後身份證信息將無法修改。

可以綁定多張銀行卡嗎？

銀行卡認證失敗該怎麼辦？

請核對開戶名是否與真實姓名一致；

請核對開戶行、支行名稱是否填寫正確。

提現多長時間可以到賬？
How long does it take f the withdrawal to be credited?
提現申請到賬時間通常為 30 分鐘內，繁忙時段可能延長至 2 小時。如超過 2 小時仍未到賬，請聯繫在線客服及時處理。
The funds from withdrawal applications are usually credited within 30 minutes, may be extended to 2 hours during peak periods. If the funds have not been credited after 2 hours, please contact online customer service f timely processing.
每天可以免費提現幾次？
How many free withdrawals can I make per day?
每日可免費申請提現 1 次，超過次數的將收取單筆提現金額 3% 的手續費。
You can apply f one free withdrawal per day; withdrawals beyond this limit will be charged a hling fee of 3% of the single withdrawal amount.
同一身份證信息可以註冊多個賬戶嗎？
Can multiple accounts be registered with the same ID card infmation?
不可以。同一身份證信息只能實名註冊一個會員賬戶。
No. Only one member account can be registered with real-name authentication using the same ID card infmation.
如發現使用同一身份證信息實名多個會員賬戶的，將無條件永久凍結賬戶及賬戶內的所有資產，所造成的一切經濟損失由個人承擔。
If multiple member accounts are found to be registered with real-name authentication using the same ID card infmation, the account all assets in the account will be permanently frozen unconditionally, all economic losses caused shall be bne by the individual.
