所認購的每個項目均由中國人民保險集團股份有限公司提供擔保，確保認購者本息安全和資金按時回籠，擔保機構為其保理的每一個產品提供保本連帶責任擔保，必要時將進行全額賠付。Each subscribed project is guaranteed by People’s Insurance Company of China (PICC), ensuring the safety of subscribers’ principal interest the timely return of funds. The guarantee institution provides joint several liability guarantees f principal protection f each facted product will make full compensation if necessary.

B：專業的第三方托管保證金賬戶

B: Professional Third-Party Custodial Margin Account

擔保機構將提前向本平台繳存擔保總額 100% 的保證金，保證金由第三方銀行托管，為所有認購者提供保障，保證所有認購款項的足額償還能力。The guarantee institution shall deposit 100% of the total guaranteed amount into the platfm in advance as margin. The margin is custodied by a third-party bank to provide protection f all subscribers ensure full repayment capacity of all subscribed funds.

C：第三方支付

C: Third-Party Payment

將不設資金池；認購者的資金往來、沉澱資金均由第三方支付在線管理，實現用戶資金與平台自有資金完全隔離，充分保障認購者的資金安全。No capital pool is established. All fund transactions idle funds of subscribers are managed online by third-party payment institutions, realizing complete isolation between user funds the platfm’s own funds, fully safeguarding subscribers’ fund security.

D：資金上保險

D: Fund Insurance

本平台與中國人民保險集團股份有限公司達成戰略合作，中國人民保險集團股份有限公司為用戶資金安全承擔保險責任。用戶在本平台的儲值、認購、提現、贖回等交易過程中，出現資金損失將由中國人民保險集團股份有限公司全額賠付，對於認購者而言，沒有任何風險。The platfm has established strategic cooperation with People’s Insurance Company of China (PICC), which undertakes insurance liability f users’ fund security. In the event of any fund loss during users’ transactions on the platfm such as recharge, subion, withdrawal redemption, PICC shall make full compensation. There is no risk f subscribers.

認購用戶的所有重要個人信息都經過國際領先的 SHA1 及 AES 算法加密處理，防止內部工作過程中洩密，確保客戶信息的私密和安全。All imptant personal infmation of subscribers is encrypted with internationally advanced SHA1 AES algithms to prevent internal infmation leakage ensure the privacy security of customer infmation.

B：通訊安全

B: Communication Security

採用國際上通用的基於 SSL 證書的安全傳輸模塊，用戶與認購平台之間的交易數據會經過 256 位 SSL 證書加密，全面保護認購者的信息安全。The internationally common SSL certificate-based secure transmission module is adopted. Transaction data between users the subion platfm is encrypted with 256-bit SSL certificates to fully protect subscribers’ infmation security.
